How big are the cohorts?
Cohorts cap at 8–12 women so every member gets live coaching time and real accountability.
What's the time commitment?
One 75-minute live session per week plus ~30 minutes of between-session practice. Sessions are recorded if you miss one.
Is this group therapy?
No. It's structured executive function coaching with peer accountability — skills, systems and practice, facilitated live.
