Why coaching for women is different
Most executive function tools were built for someone who isn't tracking a kid's pediatrician appointment, a board deck and a hormonal shift in the same hour. We coach around the cognitive load women actually carry — and design structure that holds up across the month, not just on a good day.
Frequently asked
Is this executive function coaching different from therapy?
Yes. Coaching is forward-focused and skills-based — we build planning, prioritization and follow-through systems around the life you're actually living. It pairs well with therapy but isn't a substitute for it.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to work with you?
No. Many of our clients are women who suspect ADHD, are navigating perimenopause, or are simply carrying invisible cognitive load that no productivity app has solved.
How long does coaching take to work?
Most clients feel relief in the first 2–3 sessions and see durable change in 3–6 months. We design systems for your real season — not a perfect one.
