Magnetic Energy Consulting
Why us?
You don't need another plan that asks you to be someone else.
We combine lived experience with proven strategies to name patterns that have not served you and build something different. Small daily changes. A real partnership. Your version of success.
A different starting point.
We know the gap from the inside.
Shannon and Jessica know what it is like to work hard and still feel behind. Their lived experience with neurodivergence and burnout shapes a partnership grounded in curiosity, not judgment.
Knowing is only the beginning.
You may already know the tips, own the planner, and understand the strategy. We focus on putting that knowledge into practice in your actual days — building and testing small changes instead of handing you another list.
Your brain and body belong in the plan.
Energy, capacity, and responsibilities change. We build around those realities, with options for different kinds of days and room to adjust when life takes a turn.
Success is yours to define.
The goal is not someone else's version of productivity. We start with what matters to you, then shape a framework that supports the life you have and where you want to go.
The shift we work toward.
Coaching here is not about pushing harder or collecting more tips. It is about trading approaches that have not served you for ones that fit how your brain and body actually work.
Lived experience meets behavior science.
Shannon is an Executive Function Coach. Jessica is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and ICF Associate Certified Coach (ICF-ACC). Together, they bring personal perspective and practical strategies for behavior change and habit development.
Meet the co-foundersAlongside your care, not instead of it.
Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or treatment. We partner with you on everyday structure, routines, and goals while respecting the work you do with other providers. An LCSW-S serves as our referral partner.
