Getting Started

Start where you are. No label required.

You don't need to arrive organized. You just need to start.

01

Discover

You notice the tips and tricks aren't working — yet. You explore the site and see if our approach fits. You: read and reflect. Us: be clear about what we do and don't do.

02

Take the free assessment

Two minutes to spot patterns in focus, regulation, recovery, and self-advocacy. You: answer honestly. Us: review your results before we talk.

03

Book a 15-minute consult

A short, free conversation. You: share what's in the way (a young adult, parent, or both may start). Us: listen, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

04

Choose your option

A coaching package, a monthly membership, or a single session. You: pick what fits your life. Us: explain each option plainly, with no pressure.

05

Your first session

We start building an individualized framework for your days. You: bring what's real. Us: strategize with you instead of adding more steps.

06

Review & next step

At a set point we look at what's working. You: decide to continue, adjust, or finish. Us: recommend other experts if something is outside coaching.

Start with your results.

The assessment takes two minutes and gives you something concrete to bring to a consult.

Common questions

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is forward-looking and practical. Many clients work with a therapist at the same time, and the two pair well.

Do I need a diagnosis?

No. We work with diagnosed clients, people who identify as neurodivergent, people who are still questioning, and people who simply feel overwhelmed or stuck.

Can a parent reach out for a young adult?

Yes. A young adult, parent, or both can begin the conversation. Coaching centers the young adult’s goals and autonomy, while making room for thoughtful family involvement when it is useful and agreed upon.

Is this only for young adults or professionals?

No. Those are two common turning points, and we also support people rebuilding daily life in recovery. Fit is based on the gap between how life is working now and how you want it to work—not your title, age, or diagnosis.

How long does an engagement run?

It varies with your goals and where you're starting from. Options run from a single session to Spark (3), Momentum (7), and Magnetic (12 sessions), and monthly memberships are also available—every option includes a review point.
